On 23 November 2024 at GIA Tower, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) conducted the Opening Ceremony of Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake 9 “Introductory Level”, presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, having Mr. BUN Youdy, Mr. PHIN Sovath and Mrs. SIN Kimsean as Trainer. The organization of Commercial Arbitration Skills Training Course Intake 9 Introductory Level is one of the activities that the Centre strives to achieve its missions to ensure the quality of arbitration proceeding in Cambodia as stated in the Law on Commercial Arbitration and sub-decree on the organization and functioning of the NCAC.
