On 27 February 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR) co-organized the seminar on: “Effective Dispute Resolution Through Commercial Mediation” conducted at NADR General Secretariat. 

The seminar was organized in accordance with a memorandum of understanding between the NCAC and the NADR, presided over by His Excellency YOM Pharot, Secretary General of NADR, high representative of His Excellency KOEUT Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, and Chair of NADR And Ms. MATH Fanita, Secretary General of NCAC, high representative Mr. SAN Kiri, the NCAC President. The seminar featured Mr. Johnny TAN CHENG HYE, an Advisory Board Member of NCAC and an Independent Mediator and Arbitrator, who possesses over 30 years of extensive experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) as the distinguished speaker.

Mr. Johnny delivered a comprehensive presentation on several key elements essential for successfully resolving disputes, drawing from his extensive global experience to enhance the capacity and skills of NADR officers and NCAC registered mediators in the field of mediation.
