On 12 February 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the direction of Mr. SAN Kiri, President of the NCAC led Member of the Executive Board and NCAC General Secretariat Team, for a courtesy meeting and fruitful discussion with His Excellency Professor Dr. SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions (Multilateral Trade and Economic Affairs) and Member of NCAC Advisory Council, at the Peace Palace of the Council of Ministers.

The discussion highlighted on the advancement of NCAC, the  overview of the NCAC newly launched mediation services, as well as the development of the Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia. In addition, His Excellency Professor Dr. SOK Siphana raised about recent reforms in the legal context of Cambodia and support for the use of arbitration and mediation mechanisms in commercial transactions.

Following this significant discussion, Mr. President SAN Kiri, presented appreciation letter to His Excellency Professor Dr. for invaluable advice and vision as a member of NCAC Advisory Council, as well as a copy of his newly published book namely Commercial Arbitration in Cambodia, and sets of Mediation Rules to His Excellency Professor Dr. to commemorating this special occasion.
