On Tuesday, 30 July 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR) on cooperation in dispute resolution. The MoU Signing Ceremony was conducted at the Royal Academy for Justice of Cambodia presided by H.E. Koeut Rith, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Justice, and as President of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution and Mr. San Kiri, President of National Commercial Arbitration Centre.

From this MoU, NCAC and NADR will strengthen the relationship and cooperation between the two institutions, to improve the quality, efficiency and speed of dispute resolution through alternative dispute resolution.
