Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Signing Ceremony between National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) and English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL) of Royal University of Law and Economics.

On February 21, 2024 NCAC and ELBBL hosted a MoU Signing Ceremony presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, and Mrs. Margaret Ryan, Director of ELBBL/ELBML with the participation from both institutions.
This cooperation is an important milestone for both institutions in fulfilling their respective and collective missions to serve the interests of the public as well as the legal community in Cambodia. NCAC and ELBBL believe this cooperation will enhance the knowledge of law and promote commercial arbitration in Cambodia.
