In the morning of 27 June 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) in collaboration with EuroCham Cambodia, successfully hosted a breakfast talk on “The Ongoing Evolution of Arbitration and Mediation Mechanisms for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Cambodia” at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh.

This workshop was presided by His Excellency Poch Sophorn, Under Secretary of State and Member of the National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution, Mr. San Kiri, President of NCAC and Ms. Keo Julie, EuroCham Executive Board Member, as the workshop’s honorable guest speakers.
Additionally, the workshop also included a panel discussion which was contributed by the esteemed panelists as follows:
