On 29 March 2024, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), in collaboration with the Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA), co-organized a seminar on “Commercial Dispute Resolution and Case Preparation.” The seminar was presided by Arbitrator SAN Kiri, President of the NCAC, and Mr. SOK Lor, Vice President of CAMFEBA, as speakers.

Mr. SAN Kiri delivered a presentation to the participants on Commercial Dispute Resolution, the Background and Case Statistics of NCAC, aiming to provide knowledge on dispute resolution and the key factors for resolving commercial disputes.
