On 08 January 2025, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) successfully conducted a webinar on the topic: “Post-Pandemic Dispute Resolution.” This insightful webinar featured distinguished speakers: Mr. Bun Youdy – Managing Partner of Bun & Associates, NCAC Arbitrator Member, and Registered Mediator and Prof. Benjamin Hughes – Independent Arbitrator at Fountain Court Chambers in Singapore and Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore.

The webinar covered a range of critical topics, including: the effective strategies for tribunals, counsel, and lawyers to adapt to remote arbitration proceedings as well as insights into best practices for ensuring fairness, efficiency, confidentiality and security in virtual hearings.
