On 10 January 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) organized a seminar on “Pre-Hearing and the Drafting of Procedural Order No. 01” having Arbitrator SAN Kiri, NCAC President, as the esteemed speaker. 

In this seminar, Arbitrator SAN Kiri provided an in-depth and detailed presentation on the pre-hearing and the drafting of Procedural Order with including his practical experience and NCAC actual practice.
