On 07 October 2022, the National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) successfully organized a seminar under the topic “Emergency Arbitrator & Expedited Procedure”. The seminar was chaired by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of the National Commercial Arbitration Centre with honorable speakers; Mr. Johnny Tan Cheng Hye, Ms. Yvonne Foo who are both experienced arbitrators and mediators. The seminar was then followed with a panel discussion, jointed by Mr. Kiri Sereyrath and Mr. Jay Bryan Cohen, experienced arbitrators for Emergency Arbitrator and Expedited Procedure.
