On 22 January 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) under the chairmanship of Mr. SAN Kiri NCAC President, has led NCAC Executive Board Members and General Secretariat Team participated in the courtesy meeting and discussion with His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State Ministry of Commerce (MoC), Highest Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce. 

This courtesy meeting focused on the future collaboration between MoC and NCAC with the purpose of strengthening understanding and the use of arbitration mechanisms and collaborating in organizing workshops, training courses, and activities to promote arbitration and mediation mechanisms to the users and relevant bodies. 

To conclude this significant discussion, Mr. President SAN Kiri, presented fruit baskets to His Excellency BUON Sarakmony for the valuable discussion and a copy of his newly published book, namely Commercial Arbitration in Cambodia, and sets of Mediation Rules to MOC, commemorating this special occasion.
