The 2014 NCAC Rules Reform
The National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) of Cambodia is pleased to announce the formal commencement of a process to review and amend the current NCAC Arbitration Rules that came into force in 2014. The NCAC Rules Reform purports to better serve the needs of businesses communities and all users of NCAC services.
