Become an Associate Members

Individual Associate Members refer to natural persons who have interest in Commercial Arbitration matter but have yet to qualify to be an Arbitrator or those who are willing to learn more about NCAC. The qualifying criteria for member registration are:

  • At least 20 (twenty) years of age;
  • Be enrolled as a student at a faculty in Cambodia or overseas or holding a bachelor’s degree in any field of study from any faculty in Cambodia or overseas; and
  • Have none of the circumstances referred to the Article 19.1 (Termination of Membership) be applicable.

The Individual Associate Members shall receive information distributed by NCAC, attend events organized by NCAC, and have the right to attend trainings organized by NCAC at a preferential rate as may be determined by the Executive Board from time to time. Individual Associate Members will also have their names published in the lists in accordance with Article 18 (Data and Lists).
