Become an Arbitrator
Cambodians and foreigners may register as a member or associate member of NCAC if they fulfill the following requirements.
Member
- At least 30 (thirty) years of age;
- Holding a bachelor‘s degree specialized in any field of study from any faculty in Cambodia or overseas;
- Having attended training courses on arbitration organized by the NCAC, or training courses organized by any professional commercial arbitration centre recognized by the NCAC; and
- Having passed an exam organized by the NCAC or by any commercial arbitration institution recognized by the NCAC.
Associate Member
- At least 20 (twenty) years of age;
- At least 20 (twenty) years of age;
- Be enrolled as a student at a faculty in Cambodia or overseas or holding a bachelor’s degree in any field of study from any faculty in Cambodia or overseas; and
- Have none of the circumstances referred to the Article 19.1 (Termination of Membership) be applicable.
