On Thursday, 16 May 2024 National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) has conducted a Seminar on the “Introduction to NCAC Commercial Mediation Service” at GIA Tower.

This seminar presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC and NCAC Registered Mediator who are accredited from Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) in London, United Kingdom as our guest speakers. Our speakers engaged in an interactive Q&A session, addressing specific questions from participants.

Additionally, the seminar was participated by Representatives from the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia (BAKC), National Authority for Alternative Dispute Resolution (NADR), International Finance Corporation (IFC), National and International Chamber of Commerce, as well as various institutions which includes legal practitioner, legal association, insurance companies, business associations, professional and educational institutions and other relevant institutions.
