On 16th March 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) organised the 10th Annual General Assembly at Hyatt Regency Phnom Penh Hotel presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, with the participation of arbitrator and legal entity members, who are from various business and professional associations.

NCAC would like to highly appreciate all the members for contributing their valuable time and support in this 10th Annual General Assembly and providing great input for the sustainable development of the centre.

Mr. President had taken this opportunity in handed the appreciation letters to Arbitrator NHEAN Somunin, in grateful recognition for his invaluable contribution as a member of the Executive Board of the 4th Mandate of NCAC. Please also be informed that his mandate as Executive Board member ends after this 10th General Assembly. NCAC wishes Mr. Arbitrator NHEAN Somunin all the happiness and success for his future endeavors.
