Press Release on the Result of the 9th Annual General Assembly on 18 March 2023
On 18 March 2023, NCAC organized the 9th Annual General Assembly Meeting presided by Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, at Sokha Phnom Penh Hotel & Residence. There were 58 arbitrator members, and 05 legal entity members attended the NCAC’s Annual General Assembly Meeting.
As a result, the General Assembly has approved on:
- NCAC’s Management Report 2022
- Financial Report for 2022
- Action Plan for 2023 and Budget Plan for 2023 and first Quarter of 2024
- Continuing Professional Development (CPD) policy for NCAC’s arbitrator member
- NCAC’s Mediation Rules
- Code of Conduct for Mediators
- Rules on Qualifications and Registration of Mediator of NCAC.
