On the morning of Thursday, June 12, 2025, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), under the chairmanship of Mr. HIB Nareth West, NCAC President, led the Executive Board members having Mr. BINN Sambatharath and Mrs. Kate CHEN along with the General Secretariat Team, to a discussion with the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC), represented by Mrs. Kiran SANGHERA, Deputy Secretary-General of HKIAC, which was held online (ZOOM Platform).

In this discussion, representatives from both institutions had a fruitful discussion regarding the past collaboration and contribution from HKIAC, especially the unweaving support from HKIAC on the NCAC Commercial Moot Competition from the beginning to the present. All contributions have been instrumental in promoting the use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms and bestow a great benefit to the legal sector in Cambodia. It has also maintained the relationship and alliance between the two institutions. Besides, Mr. President also introduced the 5th mandate of the Executive Board members to HKIAC.
