Mr. KIM completed Master of Laws (LL.M) from Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand in International Economic Laws, LL.B and B.Ed. from Royal University of Laws and Economics (RULE) and Royal University of Phnom Penh of Cambodia (RUPP). Mr. KIM represents clients in commercial conflicts, commercial arbitration and related areas, civil and criminal conflicts. Mr. KIM advises on real estate, business contracts, incorporation, due diligence, civil and criminal litigation strategy and administrative law matters. Mr. KIM speaks English, French and Khmer (his mother tongue). His early experiences involves being corporate legal adviser for a number of projects focusing on corporation and business regulations , legal administration and legal officer for the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC). Mr. Kim is author of a number of articles for the bar association of Cambodia: "Subject matter of Commercial Arbitration", "Parties' Choice of Laws in Commercial Arbitration", "Appointment of Commercial Arbitrators", "Drafting a commercial arbitration agreement", "Grounds for Refusal the Recognition and Application of Foreign Award."
