Mr. Sereyvuthy graduated with the executive master degree in international business law from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium), and M.LL in private laws and a bachelor of law from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) Cambodia. He is the commercial attorney and commercial arbitrator, and has over 20 years of experience and extensive legal fields/ areas of expertise cover all specializing and advising clients on Legal opinion & consultation, commercial agreements and Joint ventures, International Business Contracts, corporate establishment, Due Diligence, Merger and Acquisition, Investment projects, concessions, finance, banking, intellectual property, family, insolvency and liquidation, property, estates, constructions, telecommunications, mining and energy, labor, insurance, and licensing, litigation (both criminal and civil cases) and Commercial dispute resolutions (commercial arbitration). He handled with a multi-millions dollars bankruptcy cases and litigation. He handled several arbitration cases at the National Commercial Arbitration Centre ("NCAC") as presiding arbitrator and member of arbitral panel. He also represented his client at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) with multi million dollars arbitration case. Currently, He run A & D Law Office.

Mr. Khan Sereyvuthy graduated the executive master degree in international business law from the Universite Libre de Bruxelles (Belgium) in 2018, and M.LL in private laws in 2008 and a bachelor of law in 1997 from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE) Cambodia.
Mr. Khan Sereyvuthy had acquired broad experiences in international laws. He participated in many countries workshops and training in relation with international laws, international humanitarian and human rights laws, in Bangkok (Thailand) and Kula Lumpur (Malaysia), legal research and judicial program in Tokyo (Japan), Chinese legal system and investment laws in Beijing (China) and international courts and tribunals in Wellington (New Zealand). He lived in Australia for almost 5 years where he worked and studied in the leadership program at the Australia Pacific Centre, Melbourne, Victoria of Australia.

Mr. Sereyvuthy completed in the training courses on Commercial Arbitration Law, practice and skills by the Experts from the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (Siarb) and International Finance Corporation (IFC) and awarded the Certificate on the Commercial Arbitration Skills by the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.

Mr. Sereyvuthy is the first commercial arbitrator admitted to the National Commercial Arbitration Center (NCAC).

  3. Mr. Sereyvuthy used to serve as Secretary General at NCAC.
  4. Mr. Sereyvuthy worked as senior legal adviser to the court appointed administrator for
    the multi-million dollars bankruptcy case of Mfone telecommunication company, and
    lawyer in other bankruptcy cases of Royal Crowntex International Inc, and Galey Global
    (Cambodia), Ltd.
  5. Mr. Sereyvuthy was a member of international defense team for defending the senior
    leader of Democratic Kampuchea (Khmer Rouge), who was charged with the
    international crimes, and brought before the Extra-Ordinary Chambers in the Courts of
    Cambodia (ECCC), and his client was released.
  6. Mr. Sereyvuthy was a Director of Training, and co-trainers, trainer at the Lawyer Training
    Center.
  7. Mr. Sereyvuthy worked at the Ethnic Public Broadcasting Association of Victoria,
    Australia.
  8. He worked with other International Organizations in Cambodia such as UNHCR,
    American Bar Association (ABA), US Military Attaché in Phnom Penh, the US Funded
    Long Term International Election Observation Groups and the international peace
    keeping forces in Cambodia “United Nations Transitional Authority in Cambodia
    (UNTAC).

Arbitration Experiences

Mr. Sereyvuthy was trainer in arbitration course for prospective arbitrators. He was appointed as presiding arbitrator and arbitrator to arbitrate and handle the arbitration cases at NCAC. He also represented his client at the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) with multi million dollars arbitration case.
