          Committees are established by the Executive Board to execute certain assignments or projects. Committee members are obliged to disclose any potential conflict of interest with the Executive Board, in relation to their role and function in the committee of which they are a member of. Decisions of the committees are made by majority consensus. Unless otherwise determined by the Executive Board, each committee consists of three members and three reserve members.
