On April 4, 2023, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC), Cambodian Federation of Employers and Business Associations (CAMFEBA) and the Arbitration Council (AC) co-organized a forum on “The Role and Effectiveness of the NCAC and AC in Alternative Dispute Resolution Mechanism in Cambodia”. There was a panel discussion joined by Arbitrator SAN Kiri, President of the NCAC, Mr. SOK Lor, Vice President of CAMFEBA, Arbitrator MEN Nimeth, Executive Director of Arbitration Council Foundation (ACF) and Ms. VAN Porphin, BOD Member of CAMFEBA and TAFTAC.
