“National Center for Commercial Arbitration is a National Asset” meaningful speech of His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and Highest Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday, 10 January 2024, National Commercial Arbitration Centre (NCAC) celebrated the 10th<\/sup> Anniversary of the Establishment of National Commercial Arbitration Centre at Hyatt Regency.<\/p>\n

The celebration the 10th<\/sup> Anniversary of the Establishment of NCAC was presided over by His Excellency BUON Sarakmony, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce and High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul and Mr. SAN Kiri, President of NCAC, His Excellency SOK Siphana, Senior Minister in charge of Special Missions and members of Advisory Council of NCAC as honorary guest.<\/p>\n

There is also participation from members of NCAC, individual associates and legal entities, as well as representatives from Phnom Penh Municipal Court, Supreme Court, Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, associations, educational Institutions, law firms, legal associations and other business associations.<\/p>\n

This celebration was conducted to congratulate and appreciate the Executive Board for all mandate, NCAC members, as well as Individual Associates and Legal Entities, and relevant institutions that have helped build and support NCAC to become a capable institution in providing the business community with an effective alternative dispute resolution mechanism.<\/p>\n
