The qualifying criteria for member registration are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 20 (twenty) years of age;<\/li>\n<li>Be enrolled as a student at a faculty in Cambodia or overseas or holding a bachelor\u2019s degree in any field of study from any faculty in Cambodia or overseas; and<\/li>\n<li>Have none of the circumstances referred to the Article 19.1 (Termination of Membership) be applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Individual Associate Members shall receive information distributed by NCAC, attend events organized by NCAC, and have the right to attend trainings organized by NCAC at a preferential rate as may be determined by the Executive Board from time to time.
