A total of 35 cases were submitted to NCAC between 2015 to 2023 with total sum in dispute of more than USD 96 million.

Not all case submitted are administered by NCAC as Centre found 19.35% of case it has no jurisdiction and 12.9% withdrawn by parties. All administered cases have been concluded with final award representing 51.61%, and 16.13% are active cases.

There are 65 parties come from 6 jurisdictions participated in arbitrations submitted to NCAC, of which 41.53% are natural person, 56.92% are legal entity, and 1.54% are state entity.
