General Assembly is the supreme managerial body of NCAC. General Assembly is empowered to adopt or amend NCAC Internal Rules, Operational Guidelines and Procedure, Arbitration Rules and Arbitration Fee Schedules, Annual Budget, and Membership Fees, to elect members of Executive Board, and to approve appointment of external financial auditor on annual basis. In general, NCAC General Assembly is to be held annually. However, in special circumstance where decision of the General Assembly is required the Executive Board or majority of members of the Executive Board may request or initiate extra-ordinary assembly. Although there are three types of NCAC members (arbitrator-members, legal entity-members, and associate members), only arbitrator-members and legal entity-members have the rights to participate and vote in a General Assembly.
