5.- Communications
Where the Internal Rules require that a communication (including a submission of documents, an announcement, etc.) be made in writing, such written communication may be delivered by hand, registered post, courier, email or any other means of communication that provides a record of its delivery.

Such a communication is deemed to have been received if it is delivered to the addressee or the addressee’s representative:
a-    received personally or at the addressee’s designated residential address, or
        company’s head office, or email address;
b-    in the absence of (a), leaving the written communication at the addressee’s
        habitual residence, or main place of business; or
c-    if none of these can be identified after making reasonable inquiry, then leaving
        the written communication at the addressee’s last-known residential address
       or mailing address.
